We want you to feel good about Stay With It. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You have two ways to request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email used at checkout.
• Email us at support@staywithitplanner.com and we'll help you through the process.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll keep access through the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
